Real Case: Olympic Beach for 180 people with Fallone Events

In April 2025, Fallone Events commissioned us to organize a beach Olympics for a group of 180 people on the Costa Daurada. The main challenge was not the activity itself, but the dispersion of the group: instead of a single dynamic for all, the participants had to be divided into several sub-equipment operating in parallel in different areas of the beach, maintaining coordination, rhythm and joint score among all groups.

To solve this, we deployed several teams of monitors working simultaneously at different points on the beach, with a system of rotation and centralized score: although each sub-team lived a different experience, the final result was a single competition with a clear winner at the end of the day.

Result: Day without incidences, the 180 active participants throughout the activity without dead times, and Fallone Events repeating with us at subsequent events.
