The challenge

The aim was to organize a team building activity on the beach that would fit perfectly into a wider program. The event previously included a Haka activity, so the main challenge was create an emotional and energetic continuity between the two experiences.

In addition, it was essential:

• Coordinate the activity with a DJ live
• Manage the official permits for the beach within a very tight time frame
• Ensuring a fluid experience for a demanding corporate group

The Impalaya solution

We proposed some Olympics on the beach designed specifically for commercial teams, with dynamic, collaborative and highly participatory challenges. The activity was adapted to fit perfectly behind the Haka, maintaining the intensity and strengthening the team spirit.

Our team took care of the whole logistical coordination including:

• Sync with DJ for rhythm and energy
• Processing of permission to use the beach in just one week an exceptional period
