The challenge

Yusen Logistics was at a key moment: the fusion of teams from France and Spain. The objective of the event was clear: break the ice, foster collaboration and create a first positive link between the two departments.

The main challenge was to design an activity:

The Impalaya solution

We proposed aCustom-made Quiz Show, created specifically for this group and this context. The content of the quiz focused on:

• The cultural differences between France and Spain
• Daily situations, stereotypes and anecdotes
• Questions designed for ♪ laugh together ♪, do not compete aggressively

The format allowed participants to mix, interact and collaborate from the outset, creating a relaxed and participatory environment.

Event development

The quiz developed in a dynamic and accessible format, alternating humor, culture and teamwork. Energy grew throughout the activity, and participants became actively involved, quickly forgetting the initial barriers between departments.
