The wooden photo mat of Impalaya is a vintage photo mat built by hand, with professional DSLR camera and photo printing in 18 seconds. It is available in Barcelona and all of Catalonia, and also in the rest of Spain, for company events, fairs and celebrations. The price starts from 470 € + VAT for 2 hours, with unlimited impressions.
What is Impalaya’s wooden photo mat?
It is a 100% wooden photo mat, with retro appearance on the outside and current technology inside: professional DSLR camera, LED lights, a touch iPad with preview of the image and a professional photographic printer. Willy Cousseau, founder of Impalaya, built it, and as far as we know no other supplier in Barcelona offers a similar one.
Guests, alone or in groups of 2 to 18 people, are placed in front of the photo mat and follow the assistant’s instructions. The photo is printed on a strip of 5×15 cm in 18 seconds and is instantly downloaded on the mobile phone with a QR code. Impalaya has performed more than 300 events, many for brands and fairs, and has20 5-star reviews on Google. It is available in Spanish, English, French and Catalan.

The price is from 470 € (+ VAT) for 2 hours up to and including 790 € (+ VAT) for a full day. Includes unlimited impressions, personalized banner, online gallery, atrezzo and animator. Agencies have a 10% discount, and less than 15 days in advance the price goes up 20 %.

How do guests receive their photos?
In two ways: printed on a strip of 5×15 cm, which comes out in 18 seconds, and in digital, scanning a QR code to download it instantly on the mobile phone. At the end of the event, the client also receives a link to an online gallery with all the photos taken.
Personalization with the brand of your company
Each photo has a custom banner with the logo or design of your brand, included in the price. As an option you can add a custom 230×230 cm photocall as a background, and a 51″ HD screen with live photos. It is a simple way to convert an event or stand into content for your brand.
Available languages
The service can be performed in Spanish, English, French and Catalan which makes it suitable for events with international audiences, such as congresses and fairs.
Can it be combined with other activities?
Yes. The photomath works as a complement to any event: a team building activity, a company dinner, a presentation or a stand at a fair. It works separately, with its own assistant, so it does not interfere with the rest of the program.

50% to book the date and 50% remaining 15 days before the event. Cancellation with 45 days or more: deposit bonus. Between 45 and 7 days: 50% is retained. With less than 7 days: the total is paid.

How long does the service last?
From 2 to 8 hours at the place of the event, plus 30 minutes of assembly and 30 minutes of disassembly. Additional hours can be added for 50 € + VAT each.
Where do you provide your services?
We work mainly in Barcelona, Sant Cugat, Fira Barcelona, Sitges, the Costa Brava and the farmhouses of Catalonia. We also travel to the rest of Spain.
In which languages is the service available?
In Spanish, English, French and Catalan.
How far in advance do I need to book and how do I pay?
It pays 50% to book the date and the remaining 50% 15 days before the event. Final confirmation of attendees is made 20 days before. Less than 15 days in advance the price goes up 20%.
What is the cancellation policy?
With 45 days or more in advance a bonus is issued for the full amount of the advance, usable in future events. Between 45 and 7 days the advance of 50% is preserved. With less than 7 days the total price of the event is paid.
Is there a discount for agencies?
Yes, a 10% discount for agencies.
Can the photo booth be combined with another activity?
Yes. The photobooth works separately, with its own assistant, and can be added to a team building, a company dinner, a presentation or a fair stand.
