Always the most advantageous rate
If your group is just below a price range,We always apply the most favorable amount for you: We invoice the upper strip (with the minimum number of people in that strip) when it is more economical. It applies to all strips with published price.
Example: Beach Games for 38 people. In the range of 21-40 people would be 38 × 53 € = 2,014 €; in the 41-100 people, 41 × 37 € = 1,517 €. Invoice 1,517 € + VAT.

- Casino Royale: James Bond themed casino night, with up to 4 tables to choose between Texas Hold’em poker, blackjack, French roulette and craps, professional croupiers (one per table), symbolic chips (without real money) and assembly and disassembly included. Available in Barcelona and Madrid.

What can make the price vary?
The price of the activity is the same in all cities. On the base price can be added costs that depend on each event:
- Permits to occupy public space
- Rental of spaces
- Additional drinks and gastronomic services
We indicate each item separately in the budget.
Conditions of payment
- 50 % to reserve the date
- 50 % remaining,15 days beforeof the event
- Final confirmation of the number of attendees: 20 days before of the event
Cancellation conditions
- Cancellation at least 45 day sin advance: we issued a bonus for the full amount of the advance, usable in future events.
- Cancellation between 7 and 45 days before the event: we stayed with the advance of 50 %. If you have already paid the remaining 50 % (twelve 15 days before the event), that amount becomesa bonusfor future events.
- Cancellation less than 7 days in advance: payment is made on 100 % of the price of the event.

How much does a team building in Barcelona cost?
It depends on the activity and size of the group. Our activities per person range from 17 € (Art & Wine, more than 300 people) to 95 € (MasterChef Paella, groups of up to 20 people). Services per event, such as the photo matón or Casino Royale, range from 470 € for 2 hours. All prices are VAT-free.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices on this page are VAT-free.
Is the price the same in Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia or Mallorca?
Yes. The rates are the same in all cities. Only the costs of each event can be added: public space permits, space rental and beverage or gastronomy services.
Is there a minimum hiring price?
No. We do not apply a minimum billing amount.
Why lower the price per person when the group is larger?
Because a part of the costs (facilitators, preparation, logistics) are shared among more participants. The corresponding range tariff applies to the whole group.
What if my group is just below a price strip?
We always apply the most advantageous rate for you. For example, a group of 38 people in Beach Games pays 1,517 € + VAT (strip of 41 people) instead of 2,014 € + VAT.
How do you pay?
50 % when booking the date and the remaining 50 % 15 days before the event.
How long can I confirm the number of attendees?
Up to 20 days before the event.
What if I have to cancel?
If you cancel at least 45 days in advance, we issue you a bonus for the full advance. Between 7 and 45 days before we keep the advance of 50% and the remaining 50%, if you have already paid it, becomes a bonus. With less than 7 days the total is paid.
