Impalaya plans and runs fully managed corporate offsites in Barcelona with a single, English-speaking point of contact: we book the hotel, choose the restaurants, arrange transfers between every stop and design the team building activities. We organise 15 to 20 complete offsites a year and more than 300 team building activities, working with a network of 12 partner hotels and 30 partner restaurants. Our fee is 10% of the cost of services, plus €450 per coordinator per day for on-site support. Everything is handled in English, from the first quote to the last transfer.

Offsite, incentive trip or conference: what’s the difference?
A corporate offsite (also called a company retreat or away day when it lasts a single day) is a one-to-three-day trip where a team leaves the office to work on strategy, celebrate results or strengthen team spirit. It usually combines working sessions, team building activities and social time such as lunches, dinners and visits.

The cost of an offsite is the sum of the services (hotel, restaurants, transfers, activities) plus Impalaya’s management fee. Our team building activities have published prices; hotel, restaurant and transfer costs depend on your dates, the category you choose and group size. Flights to Barcelona are not included. What happens if we need to cancel the offsite?
With at least 90 days’ notice, we issue a credit note for the full deposit. Between 45 and 90 days before the event, the 50% deposit is retained. With less than 45 days’ notice, the full price is due.
